Golden Hour Flower Picking

Golden Hour Flower Picking
Golden Hour Flower Picking
Spend an evening slowing down, learning something new, and experiencing the flower farm in a way few people get to.
We'll start with a behind-the-scenes tour of the farm, where you'll learn how thousands of flowers go from tiny seedlings to the bouquets you see at Wildroot. Along the way, we'll share a little about flower farming, harvesting, and what it takes to grow a season full of blooms.
Next, we'll gather around a bouquet and break it apart, showing you how we combine flowers, foliage, texture, and color to create naturally beautiful arrangements. You'll also learn a few simple tips for choosing flowers that work well together, so you can confidently create your own bouquet.
Then it's your turn.
We'll hand you a harvest bucket and clippers before sending you into the flower fields during golden hour. Wander the rows, take your time, ask questions, and fill your bucket with your favorite blooms while the evening light settles over the farm.
Before you leave, we'll wrap your bouquet for the trip home.
This is more than a u-pick. It's an opportunity to experience the farm the way we do.
Your ticket includes:
A guided tour of the flower farm
Behind-the-scenes stories about growing cut flowers
Flower harvesting demonstration
Bouquet-building tips and color inspiration
Harvest bucket and clippers to use during the event
A hand-picked bouquet to take home
Plenty of time to explore the fields and take photos
2026 Golden Hour Dates
Friday, July 31 | 7:00–8:30 PM
Thursday, August 6 | 7:00–8:30 PM
Thursday, August 20 | 6:30–8:00 PM
Each Golden Hour experience lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Because we want these evenings to feel relaxed and personal, tickets are limited for each event.
Additional Golden Hour dates in September will be released closer to the event. Rather than opening the entire season at once, we're releasing tickets about a month in advance to make planning easier and to allow us to work with Mother Nature. Be sure to join our email list to be the first to hear when new dates become available.
Rain or Shine: Golden Hour takes place rain or shine. If there's lightning or severe weather, we'll move the experience to the barn, where you'll still enjoy the workshop and create a beautiful bouquet using freshly harvested flowers.
Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a different event date.
If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to send a friend in your place. Just email us at least 24 hours before the event so we can update the registration.
We do not maintain a waitlist and are unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations or no-shows.
