I am honestly not sure what to call the color of this variety because every time we take a photo, it seems to change. We will call the color lavenderish, but kind of not when you turn your head sideways. All I know is we will always grow, Isabel. I am always on the hunt for low-maintenance, high-producing tubers, and Isabel fits the bill perfectly.
