Important Dahlia Sale Details – Read Before You Order!

Hey Dahlia Lovers! Before you check out, here are a few important things to know:

✅ Local Pickup: If you want to pick up your order at our farm, you must select “Store Pickup” at checkout. Pickup will be on Friday, April 10th. You’ll receive an email with pickup details, and you’ll have 7 days to pick up your order. We cannot hold Dahlia orders to be picked up with the Cutting Garden Collection boxes.

🚛 Shipping & Handling:

All Dahlia tubers will be ready for pickup and shipping in early April, not before!
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.
Due to administrative costs, we cannot combine multiple shipping orders, so double-check your cart before checking out that you got all you wanted!

🌡️ Tuber Condition & Storage:

Our tubers are stored at 40°F, so the eyes may still be dormant upon arrival. This is normal!
Each tuber is inspected multiple times for viability before shipping.
Wildroot Flower Co. is not responsible for tubers drying out, rotting after planting, improper storage, planting conditions, weather, or customer care.

🚨 Important Disclaimers:

We take great care in shipping, but Wildroot Flower Co. is not responsible for damage to tubers during transit due to varying weather conditions. We monitor shipping conditions closely to choose the best timing.
No refunds on Dahlia tuber orders. We must be contacted within 72 hours of receipt of your Dahlias with issues.
Every order includes a brochure with growing information, so you’ll have everything you need to get your dahlias thriving!
