Hey Dahlia Lovers! Before you hit that checkout button and black out from excitement, here are a few important things to know so everything goes smoothly:
✅ Local Pickup: If you’re picking up at the farm, make sure you select “Store Pickup” at checkout. Pickup will be Friday, April 24th, and you’ll have 7 days to grab your order. You’ll get an email with all the details!
If you ordered a Cutting Garden Collection and want us to hold your tubers until that pickup, just shoot Katie an email at hello@wildrootflowerco.com.
🚛 Shipping & Handling:
All Dahlia tubers will be ready for pickup and shipping at the end of April, not before!
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.
We can’t combine orders, so double-check your cart before you check out and make sure you grabbed everything your heart desires.
🌡️ Tuber Condition & Storage:
Our tubers are stored at 40°F, so the eyes may still be dormant upon arrival. They might look like they are sleeping…this is normal, I promise!
Every tuber is inspected multiple times before it leaves here, so you’re getting a healthy, viable tuber.
Once they leave our hands, their success depends on how they’re stored, planted, and cared for. (You’ve got this.) Wildroot Flower Co. is not responsible for tubers drying out, rotting after planting, improper storage, planting conditions, weather, or customer care.
🚨 Important Disclaimers:
We pack everything with care, but we can’t control what happens during shipping or wild weather swings.
No refunds on Dahlia tuber orders. We must be contacted within 72 hours of receipt of your Dahlias with issues.
Every order includes a brochure with growing information, so you’ll have everything you need to get your dahlias thriving!
